Room reservations

Booking

There are four different ways (by telephone / by fax / by e-mail / via the booking form in the Internet) of booking your room or apartment at the Hotel Hubertus.

Reservation confirmation

Every reservation is automatically confirmed to your address either by letter or e-mail. The exact details of your booking are repeated in the confirmation.

Room category

Unfortunately, we can only confirm the room category; not, however, a certain room number or a certain floor.

Safeguard

A definitive booking is only possible upon payment of the room price for 1 night or upon provision of a valid credit card number. Your credit card is the guarantee for your reservation. However, payment for services received at the hotel does not take place until arrival on the premises. If the credit card details are incorrect, the reservation will not be upheld despite the automatic reservation confirmation.

Cancellation conditions

In order to avoid cancellation charges, the reservation must be cancelled 4 weeks before the day of arrival at the latest, otherwise up to three nights or up to 30% of the arrangement will be charged in full (depending on booking status). This also applies for guests who do not arrive (no-show).

We observe a cancellation notice of 3 days in the event of early departure due to bad weather, or for private or business reasons. Failure to comply with this notice automatically entails a claim for compensation.

Currency

You are welcome to pay your residence with the following payment:

VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard, EC-Direct, Postcard and of course Cash

Arrival and departure

The rooms can be occupied from 15:00 at the earliest and at 20:30 at the latest on the day of arrival. Please inform us of later arrival times.
The room is at your disposal until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Court of jurisdiction

Contracts concluded with the hotel and associated business relations are subject to the local law at the location of the hotel.

Banquet reservations

Choice of menu

Please inform us of your choice of menu by 7 days before the event at the latest, so that we can order all ingredients and prepare them for you in good time.

Second serving

All prices include a second serving (except Fitness and Gletsch menus).

Decoration

We will organise the decoration for your event on requests (out of the budget indicated by you).

Bottle fees

We charge CHF 25.00 per 7.5 dl bottle brought along – disposal of empty bottles upon return of the delivered wines.

Midnight supplement

We charge a flat rate of CHF 150.00 per hour commenced after 02:00.

Sparklers

Both the Hotel Hubertus and the “Glacier du Rhône Hotel” have a modern fire detection system that reacts very sensitively to smoke. For this reason, the burning of sparklers is only possible following prior registration.
