In the Goms Valley to live with the seasons and what brings forth the nature, prepared by our kitchen crew to regional, seasonal dishes.
Dairy products from Obergesteln and Oberwald, Obergesteln potatoes, fresh pasta made from Novena Ulrichen, goat cheese from Reckingen and many herbs from the garden is given to use.
Of course a large selection of wines from the Valais (more than 60 positions) and spirits should not be missed
